Alright I really suck at blogging, I just can't make it happen every day. I've been so busy with work and school I hardly have time to check my email let alone blog! So basically the best news of the week is... I got accepted into the weight loss challenge at the Y! I start in about 3 weeks, and I'm super excited! I think its going to push me to get into a routine with the gym (which I definitely need) and it's going to make my support network even stronger, I hope. It's a pricey investment, but in the long run an investment in a healthier future, so well worth it.
On a different subject, my Patriots won today =) and my Red Sox very well may sweep the Yanks, that'd make for a fabulous Sunday!
It's back to the grind tomorrow, with work and school, hoping I can fit in some more exercise then I have been lately. I'm still struggling with fitting it into my daily routine, clearly a problem =( There is never going to be a "perfect" time, so I might as well just pick a day and start at it, deal with the exhaustion as best I can haha. Alright, thats it for now. I think I should make a resolution to myself to be a better blogger, mhm.

Day 2
Today was pretty decent. I went to my cousins birthday party (ate no cake and ice cream yea!). I watched my poor Patriots take a loss from those nasty Jets. I did a lot of reading and homework. Overall pretty relaxing Sunday. I recently got Microsoft Office installed on my computer and just messing around discovered I can make slides up and save them as pictures, and set them as my computers background. A fantastic idea popped in my head and I'm now making one slide a week with inspirational pictures, quotes, lyrics, etc. on it and at the beginning of each week I'll set a new one! Just a small extra thing to keep me motivated and reminded of my goals. The picture above is my first slide made! I'm off for the night, trying to get a good amount of rest now days, considering thats always been one of my struggles. Goodnight all.

Day 1
This is my first blog ever and I'm pretty excited about it. I'm not too concerned with how many people will read it, whether it's 1 or 100, doesn't matter to me, this is more of a personal log of a journey I am on. August 16th, 2010 I started my weight loss journey, basically I began to eat healthier foods, proper portions, and I incorporated regular exercise into my life. It's been a slow start, having only lost 5lbs so far, but as I increase my activity and become more involved in my lifestyle, I imagine that number will increase a lot! I've decided to try and write one blog every day, but with life being so busy I'm not sure that will work out, I guess we'll see =)
